About The Role

If you’re ready to go to the next level and move beyond the role of a single store manager. A store-partnership is the opportunity you’re looking for.

From manager to owner, as a Tax Experts store partner, you are now in the driver’s seat. More control, more responsibility, but also more opportunities.

As a store-partner, you will receive a base level salary starting at $50,000 annually, plus you’ll receive bonuses as well as profit-sharing based on the performance of your partnered stores.

There are a few minimum qualifications….

Required Skills

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Been employed at Tax Experts LLC for a minimum of 5 years with at least one of those years as a store manager.
  • A minimum of 3 years of engaged tax experience.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to manage variable workloads, multi-task when needed, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to being dependable at all times.
  • Great communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.

Additional Requirements

  • The availability to train online and during the tax off-season.
  • A minimum of 250 tax referrals.
  • You to generate a minimum of $500,000 in gross store sales for 2 consecutive years.
